We are hiring Entry-Level Brand Promotions Assistants to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to start a career in marketing, promotions, customer service, sales, events, or communications.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Promotions Assistant, you'll help create positive customer experiences while supporting promotional and community-based marketing activities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Representing brands and organizations in a friendly and professional manner
• Engaging directly with customers and members of the community
• Providing information about products, services, promotions, and campaigns
• Assisting with brand promotions, events, and customer engagement activities
• Answering questions and helping customers find information
• Creating positive face-to-face interactions with customers
• Supporting promotional campaigns and team initiatives
• Helping maintain a professional and welcoming event environment
• Working with team members to accomplish daily goals
• Learning effective customer service, communication, sales, and promotional techniques

No Experience Required

You don't need a background in marketing or promotions to succeed in this position.

We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Previous experience in any of the following areas can be helpful, but is not required:
