We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to represent nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and community-focused campaigns through live events and face-to-face outreach.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofits and ethical brands at events and community activations
• Engage with people through face-to-face marketing and outreach
• Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and community education
• Build relationships and create positive customer experiences
• Track basic campaign metrics using CRM tools
• Work with your team to achieve outreach and sales goals
• Participate in paid training and professional development

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Interested in sales, marketing, nonprofit work, or career growth

No sales or marketing experience required!
