Entry-Level Event Assistant
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants.
This is a full-time entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, customer service, marketing, hospitality, communications, and community engagement.
No event experience is necessary. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing
Event Assistants help support successful events and create positive experiences for guests, customers, and community members.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the preparation and setup of events
- Welcoming and engaging with attendees
- Providing friendly customer service throughout events
- Answering questions and providing information
- Supporting promotional and community engagement activities
- Helping maintain an organized, professional event environment
- Assisting team members with event-day responsibilities
- Communicating with customers, guests, and members of the community
- Helping promote products, services, programs, or campaigns
- Participating in training and team meetings
- Representing the organization in a professional and positive manner
No Event Experience Required
