Tri-Valley Collective is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to join our team and support community-focused marketing and outreach campaigns.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop professional experience in customer service, communications, marketing, events, and business.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will receive training and gain hands-on experience with:
- Communicating directly with customers and community members
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Representing campaigns in public and event settings
- Answering questions and providing campaign information
- Supporting community outreach initiatives
- Building positive customer relationships
- Assisting with events and promotional activities
- Participating in team meetings and training
- Supporting daily team and campaign goals
- Developing communication and interpersonal skills
