Entry-Level Management Trainee & Leadership Development
We’re hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear path toward leadership.
No management, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and leadership development from day one.
What You’ll Do
Represent clients and brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers and create positive experiences
Support event marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns
Build customer relationships and develop communication skills
Participate in training, team meetings, and leadership development
Work with a team to achieve daily goals
Learn to train, coach, and support new team members
Develop leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow
Paid Training & Management Development
No previous management experience? No problem — we provide the training.
