No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and face-to-face support
• Communicate directly with customers and members of the community
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Assist with customer engagement, promotions, events, and outreach activities
• Help create positive customer experiences through professional communication
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Support team goals and daily customer service activities
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

No previous customer service or sales experience is required.
