We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Client Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and representing well-known brands at live events and promotional campaigns.

The Client Relations Associate will serve as a key point of contact between our clients, event teams, and consumers. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on training in client relations, event marketing, brand representation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consumers, and team members
• Communicate campaign goals, promotions, and product information clearly
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities
• Track customer feedback and provide campaign updates to management
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and events team to meet campaign goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Maintain a professional and positive image when representing clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, events, or marketing is helpful but not required
