We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Account Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

No prior industry experience is required. We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you develop the communication, customer service, and account management skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts
• Serve as a professional point of contact for customer questions and requests
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with available products, services, or programs
• Support customer acquisition, outreach, and account-related initiatives
• Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate account and customer information
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and organizational goals
• Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development
• Represent the organization professionally at events and community activities
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop
