Marketing Assistant - Entry Level
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, brand promotion, customer engagement, and team leadership.
You don’t need years of experience or a marketing degree to succeed here. We’re looking for personality, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable skills and grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside our event marketing team to help create engaging experiences that connect consumers with well-known brands.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Representing client brands at events, retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
- Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
- Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Learning and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
- Assisting with customer outreach and lead generation
- Helping coordinate promotional events and campaigns
- Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Working with team members to achieve campaign and client goals
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills
