What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting customer engagement and community outreach activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Interacting directly with customers and community members
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Answering questions and communicating campaign information
- Representing organizations and campaigns in a professional manner
- Helping create positive customer experiences
- Supporting community outreach and promotional events
- Building professional relationships with customers and community members
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Working toward individual and team goals
- Developing communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborating with team members to support daily activities
No Experience Required
