We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Communications Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, nonprofit initiatives, and customer engagement.

No previous event, marketing, communications, or public relations experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to develop valuable professional skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with community events, promotions, and brand activations

• Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, and community members

• Support event setup, activities, registration, and breakdown

• Communicate information about featured programs, products, and campaigns

• Represent brands, nonprofit organizations, and community partners

• Support marketing, promotions, and community outreach

• Distribute promotional materials and help increase campaign awareness

• Assist with presentations, information tables, and event activities

• Work with a team to create positive customer experiences

• Participate in paid training, team meetings, and professional development

Paid Training — No Experience Required

You don’t need previous industry experience or a specific background to apply. Our training helps you develop skills in:
