We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Team Lead to oversee and support a team of marketing and community outreach representatives. This individual will play a key role in executing face-to-face marketing campaigns, building meaningful community relationships, and helping nonprofit and mission-driven organizations expand their reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of marketing representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and implement in-person marketing, promotional, and community outreach campaigns.
• Training & Development: Train new team members on communication techniques, campaign procedures, customer engagement, and professional standards.
• Performance Management: Monitor team progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Community Engagement: Represent nonprofit and community-focused campaigns through professional, face-to-face interactions with the public.
• Goal Achievement: Establish daily and weekly priorities, track performance metrics, and help the team meet campaign targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to communicate results, share insights, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Leadership Development: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• Problem-Solving: Address day-to-day challenges, adapt to changing campaign needs, and help maintain a productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or team leadership is preferred but not required.
