We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants.

This is a full-time opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, customer service, marketing, hospitality, communications, and community engagement.

No previous event experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

Event Assistants help support events, promotional activities, and community initiatives while creating positive experiences for customers, guests, and community members.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
• Welcoming and engaging with event attendees
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Supporting promotional and community outreach activities
• Helping maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Assisting team members with event-day responsibilities
• Communicating with customers, guests, and community members
• Sharing information about products, services, programs, or campaigns
• Supporting marketing and promotional initiatives
• Participating in team meetings and training
• Representing the organization professionally and positively

No Event Experience Required

You don't need previous event, marketing, sales, or hospitality experience to apply.
